One postpartum appointment to offer breastfeeding support, check in on recovery, and support emotional adjustment after birth.
A comprehensive childbirth education course covering stages of labor, common interventions, pain management options, and newborn basics to empower you with knowledge and confidence.

Our postpartum doula support includes a minimum of 12 hours of personalized care, scheduled by you between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Whether you want hands-on newborn care, feeding support, emotional reassurance, light household help, or guidance on sleep and routine, each visit is tailored to your family’s needs. Calm, practical, and nonjudgmental, our doulas help you rest, build confidence, and adjust during those first weeks at home.
Book blocks of time that suit your schedule—consecutive hours or spread across days—to create the exact support plan you want.
Emergency rate: $85/hour (minimum 2 hours).

Prepare for childbirth with confidence from home. Our online childbirth education course combines clear, evidence-based video lessons and easy-to-follow slideshows that walk you through labor stages, pain-management options, comfort measures, breathing and pushing techniques, and newborn care. Lessons are self-paced so you can learn on your schedule, and materials are designed for both parents and birth partners.
Upgrade option: add two 1-hour live Zoom sessions with an experienced instructor for an additional $100. Use these sessions for personalized questions, practice, or to review your birth plan together.

Support for diverse losses: We assist with all kinds of bereavement— We hold space for the many faces of grief: miscarriage, termination for medical reasons, fetal demise, abortion, stillbirth, the sudden or slow loss of your child.
Client-centered approach: You set the pace and choose what feels right. We adapt to your cultural, spiritual, and personal preferences.
Flexible formats: In-person, virtual, or hybrid visits; single sessions or ongoing support; one-on-one or family-centered sessions.
Practical tools: Guided breathwork, grounding exercises, memory-making activities (memory boxes, letters, photo organization), journaling prompts, and practical checklists to reduce overwhelm.
Collaboration: We coordinate with medical teams, hospice, clergy, funeral directors, and other service providers as requested, advocating for your wishes and helping communicate needs.
